| Description | Acknowledging the important role that crystallography plays in our daily lives, the Instituto de Biologia Molecular e Celular (IBMC), the Municipality of Porto and the University of Porto organize an exhibition at Porto’s subway. Visitors will marvel at images of 40 beautiful crystals that can be found in nature or made in laboratory. The exhibition will be on display at the metro station of Aliados, starting on 15 December 2014 and until 31 January 2015. At the same time, the same institutions are promoting a school competition for "magic" crystal trees and charcoal crystal gardens, which will be open from 3 December to 16 January.
