Description | The workshop "Ice: Recent Developments on the Quasi Liquid Layer and the Anti-Freezing Phenomenon" at the Fundamental Electronics Research Institute, Osaka Electro-Communication University is concentrated on the recent experimental and theoretical results on (1) the quasi-liquid layer and (2) the anti-freezing phenomena. New findings on the structure of ice and water near freezing temperature will be reported. The connections between these phenomena and the structure of ice and water will be discussed. |
